Our Extra Life Team Members are our "core group" of gamers who will be gaming for a majority of the 24-hour fundraiser to raise money for Texas Children's Hospital. Team Members are invited to bring their own personal setup for a reserved corner of the room so they can game on their own devices throughout the event; or they can play on any of our public gaming devices (video/handheld/tabletop) provided throughout the event space.
A "Drop-in Gamer" is a visitor who just wants to stop by the event for a few hours to play games, but doesn't intend to fund-raise or be a part of the core team. This would include families with small children or members of the public who just stop by. Drop-in Gamers will be encouraged to make a donation at the door to go toward the fundraiser for Texas Children's Hospital.
- Drop-in Gamers are welcome to the event Friday, Nov. 3rd from 7pm-10pm and Saturday Nov. 4th from 9am - 7pm only.
- Drop-in Gamers will be able to play any of our public games (video, handheld, tabletop) while they visit the event.
- Visitors are also encouraged to bring their own handheld gaming devices (Nintendo Switch/Smart Devices), card and board games if they would like to play with others at the event.
- Open tables will be provided for gaming groups to use during the event - adult groups who play dominoes, cards, mahjong, etc. will be most welcome.

A Donor or Support is an individual who may not play games - but still supports the cause. Individuals can provide monetary support through online donations or help sponsor the event with equipment, incentives, or even personnel.
